Elizabeth I – The Tudors Lesson 6

£3.49

This lesson is the sixth in our ten-part series on The Tudors.

Elizabeth I became monarch after Mary I and reigned from 1558 until 1603. Her first few years were full of struggles for Elizabeth, and during this lesson we will look at these problems she faced and decide which was the most pressing issue that needed to be tackled first.

Your child will create a poster to demonstrate Elizabeth’s struggles and explain their reasoning behind which issue they feel was the biggest threat to her, as well as answer some questions to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding.

We will also review the Tudors and religion as a whole to better understand Elizabeth’s background and look at the role of the privy council in Elizabethan England.
