Description
This lesson is the ninth in our ten-part series on The Normans.
Here, your child will learn more about society under William’s rule, with a particular focus on medieval villages and the role different people played within them. We will review what the year was like and how dependent people were upon the weather, as well as look at what life for peasants was like and the types of homes they lived in.
Your child will demonstrate their knowledge and understanding by answering a range of comprehension questions and develop their descriptive writing techniques by completing a one page essay, including as much detail from the knowledge they’ve gained from the lesson as they can.
