Henry VIII – The Tudors Lesson 2

£3.49

This lesson is the second in our ten-part series on The Tudors.

Perhaps the most infamous of the Tudor kings, Henry VIII takes centre stage for this lesson as we look at his character, the actions he took during his reign and the reasons behind them, as well as the major religious changes which occurred during this period.

Your child will look at the main changes Henry made as king and how he went about making them happen, then discuss the consequences of those actions before turning their attention to the importance of religion and what Henry’s motivations were for making such a radical decision to split away from Rome.

To demonstrate their knowledge and understanding, your child will complete charts and create a simple booklet to explain the key points they have learned during the lesson.
